MISiS students are interning at the company “HAUL TRUCKS-CA”
Students of the Branch of the National Research Technological University “MISIS” in Almalyk, from June 3 to July 27, undergo an internship at the AGMK plant at the service center of the HAUL TRUCKS-CA company.
On the territory of the Company’s main maintenance site located at the Yoshlik-1 quarry, 3rd-year students of the Mining Machinery and Equipment Faculty studied the entire theoretical part before starting practical work: the main components and assemblies of mining machinery, the basic principles of its operation and standards of service support.
Upon completion of the theoretical classes, the MISIS students began to study in practice the processes of restoring the working capacity of mining dump trucks, namely the installation and connection of elements of the integrated hydraulic system. Students also learn how to measure pressure in a pneumohydraulic suspension, inspect the integrated hydraulic system for leaks in the hydraulic system, and compile defective statements.
Every school day, students learn new information with great interest, and the specialists of the HAUL TRUCKS-CA service center are happy to share their professional experience with the new generation.
